Last October 2012 I had a left total knee replacement then 5 months of physical therapy. The old gel packs I had at the time worked, but slid off my knee and got wet when they got warm. While visiting my brother and family in April 2013, I borrowed their Express Ice knee wrap (their twin daughters play softball) and really liked it so when I got home, I purchased one. Now I use it after recreating when my knee requires icing. The wrap stays on snugly and remains cold for a long time providing relief to swelling. Great product!

My daughter uses this after practice and games. It is ideal to bring to away games or practice to ice on the way home. Iceing is never fun, but this makes it very easy and convient.

Bought for Grandson who has growth issues in knees and gets pain after playing baseball. Recommended by doctor to ice down and this product seems to work well for him. Easy to use, and comfortable.

This ice pack works perfect OVER clothing. I had knee surgery over the summer, I officiate High School Basketball in the winter and need to ice my knee after games as it gets pretty sore after a game. It goes over my sweats or jeans comfortably and I can feel the icing effect through them. I plan on using this in the summer after my baseball games. This is a very fine and cost effective product.
