We use these at the beginning of each of the practices during basic dribbling drills (right-handed down and back, left-handed down and back and crossover). We also use them when doing ball-handing skill drills. They really keep them focused and they force their heads up. The team is 5th/6th grade girls, but we used them with the 7th/8th grade boys team as well. I recommend them for any coach or kid.
